From start to finish Guy and his team were absolutely fabulous. Guy was honest from the outset, unlike other companies who were completely unrealistic and clearly only out to make money. We were kept informed by various methods and knew where we were through every stage. Our solicitors were shocking and the team at Mansell McTaggart helped us through a really rough patch, if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have exchanged. Jacob mainly dealt with us post sale and we cannot fault his professionalism. Saying this, when Jacob was busy the other team members always picked up and assisted where they could.
If you're having any doubts choosing an estate agent you won't be let down by these guys! Reliable, very reasonably priced and always go the extra mile.
