Unfortunately I would not recommend living here. The apartments themselves are nice, and the staff on reception are lovely and always try to help!
Sadly it's with the management team where it falls short. There have been multiple issues already, including arranging our viewing where we were stood up for over an hour, issues with gym access the most recent one being around parking.
I have been living here for three months now and during this time it has now come to my attention that there have been people parking in the "secure" parking, without permits, for free. Whilst other tenants were sent parking contracts and made to pay for the same service. I've been fobbed off with several excuses around this from the management team - none of which are acceptable to me.
I've had contracts thrown in my face to try intimidate me, with no sign of trying to resolve the issue. I've have had many letting agents in the past and never been spoken to or treated the way I have here.
The management team take ages to respond, if at all, and when they do they are rude, patronising and unhelpful. Many apartments remain unrented so you would think the customer service team would be on the ball here, but they are not.
If you're working from home it's not great, you just hear drilling all day from nearby construction sites, and drilling in other apartments within the block.
I would not recommend and will be leaving as soon as my tenancy is up!

UPDATE ON THE ABOVE:
The property in question was at apartment 404, 4 Kelso Place at St Georges Island and it was Suzanne Tomlinson that was dealing with the complaint. I am more than happy to send anyone copies of the DPS response, and Suzannes emails who told me to never contact Dandara lettings again.
