I really hate edenvale I will never ever deal with edenvale again. It has been now six months since I moved out and they didn't give me back the deposit for my old apartment and the extra month i paid by mistake.  And it has been 3 months since I moved in to the new apartment and they didn't fix the broken stuff in the apartment.
I spent lots of money on taxis to go to their office and they just keep lying to me and each time they tell me a different lie and new scenario. I was so nice with them but now I'M REALLY SICK OF ALL THAT. 
What agent could do to change your mind?
I really hate edenvale I will never ever deal with edenvale again they're liars and thieves. What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing they have acted in a corrupt and unprofessional way. They simply refuse to communicate with me or the rent deposit agency. They are rude and arrogant and my hands are tied so I have no alternative than to give in to their demands

how can you claim that what you have said is true when 90% of the reviews on this site reiterate what i have said i.e. unfair holding of deposit, no return of phonecalls/emails, it is quite clear you are just trying to cover your back! you are right that you send an automated out of office response but then do not proceed to answer the emails or return phonecalls - quite frankly the whole operation is a joke. i have spoken to numerous tenants who have said the same thing and weirdly enoug ...

Mrs Eman Dehmain that left the property in December 2013 has now been waiting 6 ( SIX! ) months for the return of her deposit - SIX MONTHS for money placed in the DPS under custodial condition - EDENVALE forces tenants to beg, plead, grovel to get their money back and they take as long as possible and their Solicitor forces tenants to take the cases to Court rather than settling even though he is entirely aware the apartment was always in shameful condition ...

Hi They did the same thing with Mrs Eman Dehmain - the taking of money from the debit card - once you have allowed them to have access to your bank debit card they will deduct money from you whether you want it or not. we also suspect they do not do the gas and electricity inspections and then forge certificates when you complain - this is a very well mounted operation protected by a Solicitor that has now been reported to the SRA In essence they rent out furnished property - they charge you de ...
