My husband and I sent countless emails for repairs to Touchstone, many of them went unnoticed, sometimes waiting weeks for a reply (when we chased aready). Things that were an emergency were never treated as an emergency (black mold, broken boiler, no hot water or heating, no kitchen floor). Yet Touchstone never seemed to bother! If I knew of anyone going with a Touchstone flat, I'd tell them not to - I could never recommend such an ignorant and callous property management company such as Touchstone. I couldn't wait for the day to leave the flat we stayed in with Touchstone, and it was bliss knowing I'd never be dealing with them or their incompetence again. At £630 a month rent, we felt royally ripped off.
