AVOID AVOID AVOID!
My brother had the unfortunate experience of renting a property through this agency. They don't tell you that the owner of the agency also owns some of the properties that are let out so they add £000's on to their dilapidation costs at the end of tenancy so the business gets more money from the tenant. I called them directly a few times on behalf of my brother throughout the tenancy. The woman who works there did nothing but shout over me every time, refused to give me her name, refused to let me speak to or give me the name of a manager. My brother once complained to them that the other housemates were not doing their share of cleaning and there were flies and maggots in the kitchen, he politely suggested that the cleaner come more than once a month. The response he got from the agency was not that they would arrange more visits from the cleaner but was told that, they as tenants, were disgusting people and had no respect for themselves. They were in breach of their tenancy agreement as they had unlawfully given the tenants of the house next door a set of keys. Subsequently there was property in the house damaged which my brother had to foot the bill for.
Just avoid this place at all costs, they're rude, unprofessional, abusive and outright thieves!

Worst agency in the world.
As a student they put me on charge for all council tax in HMO property without sertificate for it. They did not ask for my permission using my name for it.Separately they collect money from one of my flatmates.

Mouldy flat, nothing done in the 1 year we were at the property. I imagine all of the properties they let have similar problems as they send out a mould advice document to everybody.. very strange.
