If you want an estate agent to market your home, Holden and Copley do an excellent job. The pictures and the 3d plan are second to none and I truly believe they are the reason we got so many viewings.
If you want an estat agent to give you follow up care and keep you informed then chooses another agent.
We made it very clear to Holden Copley that we was very green when it came to selling our house and we was promised help all the way through. This was not the case.
After the house sale was agreed we found that we was left to do all the chasing. I was telephoning Holden and giving them important information instead of them giving the information to me.
The after care is dreadful to say the least, and half the time when we did speak to someone they did not have a clue.
They managed to make a stressful situation alot worse.

Stay away from Holden Copley Letting Agency. They only care about the landlords, not the tenants. At the end of my lease, they claimed there were damages and provided photos that showed nothing wrong. They even included normal furniture marks on the carpet as "damage."
