I met with 3 other agents before deciding to proceed with Knight Bain. From the beginning Carol was very straightforward, didn't sugar coat things and was really helpful in terms of advice and flexibility. All arranged viewing were managed for me and a price was agreed within 4 days of going to market out of Lockdown in March. Navigating all the COVID related stuff, helping the the chain broke down and getting the deal back on track... I can't recommend KB strongly enough. Achieved an offer over the asking price.
Knight Bain were the 2nd cheapest out of 4 but the cheapest didn't offer a 'no sale, no fee' option. They also didn't add excessive mark-up to some of the other items like the home report which was also quoted cheaper than the others. Always on hand, late evening, over weekends etc.
