AST given to me as a landlord was on the bases of RENT GUARANTEE. This means that when the tenants defaults on the rent the agent continues to pay . This did not happen.
Prior to letting the premises you should have thoroughly vetted and checked the company and it's directors including credit checks if you had then you would have found that the director had CCJ's.
I had a meeting in October 2019 with A.M and was promised a lot of action. Some were taken others were not.
I officially put in a complaint to the company's Director in November 2019. Explaining what had happened again this was ignored. I had no choice but to appoint a Solicitor to take action and get my property back.
Apart from this review I have never left any other reviews on any site. Therefore, your claim is untrue.
You kept the deposit paid to you by the tenant so any cost incurred did not come out of your pocket.
Stratsmore previously known as Lang and Ward Ltd operated in Isle of Dogs were exposed by Paul Shamplina from Channel 5 TV programme in the way they conduct their business.
I have no further comment to make on this company.
