Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from this company, never in my life have I gone on the internet to write a review about a company, but my experience with this company MUST be shared. I was interested in a property that was on the market with Luff Associates in Camberley (Surrey); during the week I arranged a viewing for the following Monday. I made it clear to the employees of Luff Associates that I was travelling from Newcastle just for this specific viewing. I contacted them again on Friday to confirm that the viewing was still taking place on Monday, and I was told it was 100% confirmed.

Three hours into my journey on Monday I called Luff Associates to let them know I was on my way down for the viewing and to double check everything was ok. The company then told me that over the weekend the property had been taken off the market and the viewing had been cancelled. Firstly, Luff Associates knew I was travelling from Newcastle to Surrey (5 hour journey) for this viewing. Secondly, they had not once told me there were others interested in the property and if I wanted it I should view it urgently. Thirdly, Luff Associates didn't even have the audacity to contact me on Monday morning to tell me the property was off the market; instead they waited for me to contact them. The employee I was dealing with throughout this procedure was Toby Wilkinson. He was EXTREMELY rude when talking to me on the phone, and not once did he apologise for wasting my time, and money.

I had heard a lot of negative reviews towards Luff Associates on this website, however, I foolishly thought they wouldn't be that bad. Only after dealing with them have I realised how unprofessional this company is. If you are reading this and are considering to let or buy from Luff Associates, I would highly recommend you look at other estate agents in the area as this is exactly what I did after my experience, and I found their services far more better.

Shame on you Luff Associates for treating people like this, I can assure you I will NOT stop at this review and will be taking further action.

though this is fully furnished spacious pent house with superb view, this can be easily rent out for 1100 pounds in market. But due to the long relationship LUFF retained me at 895 pounds from past 3 years.
