Ben (owner of Benjamins) Promised everything... gave ZERO in return.
Benjamins advertised and valued my property at £290k which I later agreed to accepting a offer of £270k prior to covid pandemic. Benjamins advised me that I need to get a few snags sorted and a dishwasher installed to keep the buyer happy, which I did. Whilst contracts and searches were being drawn up I had to chase and chase Benjamins to find out why the sale is taking so long. Benjamins were very slow and unreliable in contacting my solicitor and the buyers solicitor as well as updating me. In the final stages prior to contracts being exchanged some documents were sent from my solicitor to Benjamins which the staff advised were shown to the buyer. However after waiting over 3 weeks I decided to raise the issues with Ben. After my discussion with Ben I later found out the documents had only been shown to the buyer the day prior to me raising my concerns with Ben. After all the waiting and and making every effort to get things sorted the buyer and I decided to pull out the sale. VERY DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL. Wasted so much of my time! I would NOT recommend!
