we have no arrears with any landlords and if a tenant don't pay any rent then we are unable to pay the landlord unless you are on a rent guaranteed contract. please email the issue to the office and we will clarify this for you. ...

Hi Gurdev, thank you for your feedback. When the property was first given to you, you were informed by a member of our staff that the property is up for Sale. Now the property is under offer, it is completely out of our control and the decisions are solely up to the owner of the property.
