We found the house of our dreams in May and out an offer in straight away. Shepherd’s were excellent as they were able to come and value our house and get it on the market within two days.
We had lots of viewings and it sold it quickly. The whole team, particularly Carmelo, were so helpful. They always have us detailed feedback and never once was I waiting for a phone call. They were informative and kept us up to date the whole way through the process.
On the day of exchange Carmelo answered any questions we had and you never felt as though he was trying to get you off the phone - even if he has to repeat the same call to both me and my husband!
I could not fault Shepherd’s in any way and I have recommended them again & again and will continue to do so because they went above and beyond for us to ensure we got our dream home!
