James (Pegg) could not have been more helpful. My issue was quite complex - too complex to go into here, and if I am honest I did not expect it to be resolved. But James got it all sorted for me, which involved researching and locating information from 5 years ago.He resolved it quickly, professionally, and with a very pleasant helpful manner. Something which I thought would be a nightmare to resolve, was sorted! My thanks to him. Absolute star!
