First class service with regard to re-decorations throughout property and ensuring completion of quality work. Excellent communication and contractor management. Property was managed efficiently and new tenant signed in very reasonable time, particularly given Covid-19 restrictions. I have used Chelton Brown as a management agency to let my property for many years and have consistently received a high standard of service where the required focus is given to ensuring the property is managed efficiently, maintained and issues resolved in the interest of both tenant and property owner.
