WOW WHAT A TEAM, WIIL SOUND AS THOUGH I HAVE BEEN PAID TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW, ACTUALLY PARK ROW HAVE JUST SOLD MY PROPERTY DESPITE MANY HICCUPS TOTALLY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, THEIR TENACITY RESULTED IN A SALE COMPLETION LAST WEEK. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH

We often hear potential clients saying that we are one two thousand more expensive than our competitors, but like in your case when you achieve an extra ten thousand pounds, even after to take our extra two thousand away, you’re still eight thousand better off!

We all love helping clients when they are buying or selling properties.
Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.

Best Estate Agent in Selby 
I must admit your sale has tested all of us to the limits. Lol
From when we took over the sale from your first agent it was all up hill.
The whole team at Park Row played a part in this and time and time again we pushed forwards and kept the final goal in sight.
This is where choosing an agent that has a proven track record, rather than offering the cheapest fee, comes to fruition!
