The worst Lettings agency I’ve ever known/come across. They’re extremely rude, unprofessional and they are out to rip students off regardless of how they do it.
My friends and I rented a property with them September 2019 - 2020 and when we first moved it we had no curtains, our back door wouldn’t lock, the back gate was broken and couldn’t close and we had no internet and broken tiles in the kitchen. We had to go 2 months living with such things until one of the girls decided to threaten legal action on them.
I then decided to move out of the property after 6 months because of ill health due to the current pandemic at the moment. They tried telling me I owed thousands and thousands of pounds worth of rent and they didn’t have any “record” of me paying.
Refused to hear my side and completely disregarded the fact I was very, very ill they continued to send letters stating I owed thousands of pounds and refused to talk to me and when I did try and call I was met with rudeness.
For the sake of your sanity, do not I repeat DO NOT go with this agency, by far the worst.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry you feel this way. Whilst we admit your tenancy did not get off to the best start, we dealt with the issues raised as quickly as possible.In terms of your personal situation, I cannot agree that our staff were rude to you, in fact quite the opposite. We sympathised with you at the time and advised for you to speak with your guarantor, who had a legal obligation to cover any rental arrears.
You state your decision to move out as a result of ill health due to Covid 19, yet your account fell into arrears in 2019, way before the global pandemic materialised. We made numerous attempts to assist you, by trying to prevent your case being passed to solicitors and to avoid you receiving a CCJ. There is however only so much we can do and despite our best attempts to prevent legal action, in the end we had no choice.
I note your advice to not go with Redlet, however we are pleased that your co tenants did not follow this advice and opted to stay with us for another year.

Your staff were, in fact, rude as they are to many other students and incompetent of any professionalism.
You and your fake solicitors in a warehouse building acted illegally; you had a choice and you chose to HARASS myself, my family and other students because that’s the kind of people you are.
I note that my co tenants opted to stay with you this year however, I am pleased that hundreds of students up and down the country see you for what you really are - illegal.
