I bought a property marketed by Starkey & Brown, the process was not without its issues, although this was created further down the chain. I found Melanie excellent, she was always available, would always follow up any actions that were necessary, and would regularly update me. I am in no doubt that we were able to move quickly due to the fact that Melanie would regularly chase other agents and solicitors in the chain. She was always willing to ask questions and hold others to account. If I were to sell any further property I would, without doubt use Starkey & Brown because they are efficient, effective and always available to give advice and chase things up, I just wish I knew this before I marketed my house as i used a different agent!
