You should have ensured that the Tenants made the appointment with the Surveyor/Valuer instead of just giving them a telephone number. I have been made aware the Tenant was reluctant to move and wanted to make any viewings etc awkward as possible. I also made the Wombwell branch aware of this at the time of the viewing of what we had experienced.
With regards to me offering several solutions, I did ask you to contact the Vendor and obtain his permission for me to collect the keys from your office and wait at the house for the Surveyor and I would have provided video evidence of me locking up the house after the Surveyor had left. There was no response to my request from you.
Also, no one asked you to force entry on the Tenants. I do believe you are not understanding what I am trying to say, whereby Beecroft Agency should have ensured that a definite date and time was set, not just take the Tenants word for it. You failed to follow up with the Surveyor on this.
I do believe on this sale that your attention wasn't 100% and going forward, I hope it is now. I have always responded immediately to any emails I have received from Beecroft Agency and have acted swiftly.
