I was impressed from the start with the enthusiasm that Sam showed towards selling my father's flat. His approach was professional and efficient and ultimately was able to sell the property, which had a niche appeal.
Issues raised by the difficult buyer were handled well and the sale was successfully executed

Don't give them any of your money! Find another agent - probably a smaller one. One that doesn't lie to you, call out contractors that you haven't asked for and then expect you to pay their exorbitant fees without any consultation… I could go on for hours. Don't go there - take it from someone who has had to deal with a shedload of Sh1t for the last 6 months!!
