What agent could do to change your mind?

I have never been so disappointed in a service received by a letting agent. On and off for 10 years I have let properties and never have I encountered such unprofessional behaviour before. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of going with RA Flatt to think twice as once you are signed and become a tenant they want nothing to do with you or to help you. Some of the encounters we have had since letting a property for the last 3 years have been laughable. From being locked in our bedroom due to a fault with handles on the doors, we were told that they had no workmen who could come out to us until Monday baring in mind this was Saturday. Not quite sure if they thought we had a supply of food tucked away in the bedroom for the weekend. Once we moved out of the property employees of RA Flatt have been incredibly unhelpful and unbelievably challenging. They have made up a list of wear and tare items so that they can with hold our deposit due to the fact the deposit dispute service is a free of claim service which in my opinion they are miss using. We went above and beyond as tenants paying for professional cleaning throughout yet they still disputed this and treated our cleaners terribly. A word of advice research your letting agent prior to letting a property.
