Avoid the West Bromwich branch at all cost. The so called manager Satty Judge is fraudulent. A monthly service fee is charged to cover general management annual house checks and chasing rent if needed however never attends the property. He can never present any evidence to prove he has attended. He has increased the rent to my property and charging my tenant more money and has pocketed the increased amount. Even when the tenant themselves have provided written statements to say Parker Rose haven’t attended Satty has refused these claims and instructed his team to state he is always away from his desk so can not answer emails/letters or any other forms of communication. Parker Rose has done this with both of my property. Please do not use this company at all costs. This has now been escalated to a small courts tribunal, citizens advice bureau and Watchdog.
