We have been very impressed by the services of the Pacitti Jones team in Stirling, especially over the difficult times this year.
We were impressed by the way that they constructed a pricing level for the property, drawing on experience of other similar properties, ie it was not just an educated guess. We particularly felt that they had a very good understanding of the dynamics of the market in the Stirling villages.
The photography and video was very professional and, as the market stalled, they were happy for us to update the views their photographer had taken as spring began to emerge.
Their office negotiator also came to see the property to ensure that she knew about the property at first hand.
Their marketing in their sales office was very evident and could be clearly seen from the other side of the street.
As the market stalled they kept in touch and, when the opportunity was right, were quick to exploit market possibilities.
Would certainly recommend any seller to give Pacitti Jones an opportunity to view their property and see what they come up with.
