I only used this company as I had no other choice. I wouldn't use them again based on what I've experienced.
They sent me a video tour of the flat via Whatsapp and when I responded with a few questions, they read the messages and ignored it.
You have to contact them at least twice to get anything done, for example I had to call them twice to get the house number of the flat so I could put in an application for it on their website. I then had to email them twice for them to send the tenancy agreement for me to sign. When they finally emailed me the contract it had the wrong dates on it, so I had to send it back. They sent the correct tenancy contract but the first rent payment was due the next day so I had to email again and ask for the bank details so I wouldn't be penalised for paying rent late. When I went to collect the keys, I was told I should've received an email containing Wi-Fi codes, but I hadn't, so I told the man and he said it's fine they'll get it sent over. I still didn't receive any emails and had to email them the next day to ask for the code. It's disappointing that I had to prompt them multiple times to do anything. It's not what I expect considering how much they charge. There is also no kettle, toaster, or microwave in the flat so be prepared to get your own.

Our daughter is having the same nightmare trying to get back her deposit. The agent has not returned any calls, did not make arrangements to do check out inventory with tenants and have charged to carry out repairs on furniture that was damaged at the start of the tenancy, evidenced in their own photos. Report to Trading Standards via Citizen Advice Bureau like we did - they visited but need more people to report! Sad to see students still being ripped off by this speaking agency.
