When we had outgrown our 2 bedroom house and the time came to sell our first home we were recommended Healy & Newsom. As we are early on the property ladder we had uncertainties; would we be able to afford to move up, what would happen being part of a chain, how should we present our house for sale, etc.
We had a number of local agents come and view our home but we quickly realised Simon was different. He valued our house like the others, sure... but he took time to sit down with us and broke down the process, while recommending changes to give our home the wow factor and curb appeal. Simon made us feel much more at ease with the process and left us excited knowing that moving up the ladder was achievable for us.
With our property being in Portslade, Simon introduced us to his colleague Rob who would handle our sale. Living locally himself Rob has a great knowledge of West Hove and Portslade, so was able to market our sale effectively.
Simon, Rob and Amy were friendly and approachable throughout the whole process. They fitted viewings around our working schedule and family life with a child. Their communication was consistent and they genuinely made the whole process so easy, nothing was ever too much for them.
We would highly recommend Healy & Newsom enough for going above and beyond to make sure we would be happy in our new home.
