We have been using Stonegate Estates to let our cottage for over 10 years and Elaine initially and very soon after Christine looked after us ensuring the cottage was let as continuously as possible
Christine has been our sole contact for at least 7 years and she has always been on the ball with every aspect of our tenancies.
Whenever an issue has arisen either from the tenant, from a change in legislation or as a result of an enquiry from ourselves, she has been swift and efficient in providing a resolution.
A classic example of the quality of service she has provided was that the beneficial owner of the property is returning to the UK to retire but there was a void of just 11 months to find a tenant for.
Christine pulled out all the stops, found and processed a new tenant in double quick time.
I never hesitate to recommend Stonegates when asked about agents to use for lettings.
