I have dealt with a various local estate agents over the past few years. This is the first time I have used Richard James and I must say the team provided outstanding service and for me stand out from the crowd. I would be more than happy to use their services in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I had three different estate agents come out to value my property and talk through the services they provided and I am glad I went with my gut and chose Emma at Richard James.
Very efficient and accepted an offer the day after it went on sale! She knows the market and what people are looking for!

Thank you Emma and Team...fingers crossed for smooth completion too.

(TIP: Don't go for the cheaper option...there's a reason why it is that....)
