Very impressed with Boultons Estate Agents. Following the death of my husband in 2019 they carried out a probate valuation and sold my house within 7 days of putting it on the market. Very professional in presenting an accurate description of the property online. Bookings for viewing were made by telephone and confirmed by email. Feed back from viewers received straightaway and Andrew Sellers kept me informed regarding offers made.

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOULTONS TO ANYONE, VERY SUBSTANDARD SERVICE.
In the current climate where house sales are somewhat stunted we regretfully entrusted Boultons with our house sale.
We were constantly badgered to lower our price and found them somewhat dismissive when we refused.
