We bought a house through them, they stated in the description and in the advertising that it is all high standard, But the reality was different, unfinished plastering, painting, skirting boards..., defective roof and boiler. Seemingly they can’t tell the difference between high spec (ikea, cannot be described as high spec) and a botched up diy job.
They were all for the seller as they were friends with them, which made the transaction unprofessional.
