Colchester Culver Street Branch.
Beyond appauling. Criminal at best with absolutely zero morals.
The branch took a 500 deposit and entered a reservation agreement with me after my offer was accepted by the vendor.
Paperwork was then send over with incorrect solicitors on, my name spelt incorrect, wrong purchase price etc etc.
Two days later I return a missed call to be told 'the vendor had accepted a higher offer'. Complete breach of the reservation contract. No apology or follow up. There only suggestion to me was 'the other offer is significantly more, you can try and beat it'
I would strongly advise you disregard attempting to buy any property through these crooks.
