Nice comfy 1bhk house in Newcastle- Longbenton, Heaton and South Gosforth area, when i came across the listing manage by Bowson Lettings.
As i am based out of India currently and was looking for a home before i reach Newcastle Bowson Lettings have been very good. Right from the beginning of initial query related to the house , to the final letting of the house on my name, Charlotte has been my guardian angel throughout the process. She was extremely professional and was available to answer most of my questions in a good timely manner.
She was very understanding of my requirements and properly communicated the same to the landlord which resulted in a quick turnaround time in securing the property, paying of deposit fees, rent & security deposit along with the proper tenancy agreement and documentation.
I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Bowson Lettings and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find a property.
