Tried to rent some rooms using their services. After finding something suitable tried to contact with them for 1 week without any result. First tried by phone, most of the time they don´t answer as there is only 1 person in the office. For that time I was outside and I could see through the window how they didn't answer even whey were doing nothing (no attending anybody else, no using mobile phones, just nothing). So it´s quite hard to contact with them. Once in the office they said the rooms were available, and promised to send the contract terms... days after, still without receiving anything I had to repeat all the process, again, the contract terms are going to be sent, bla, bla. 1 week after, finally I could contact again by phone (as I am working and I cannot go to their office everyday) and they said the rooms were still available. Hours later I got answer to an email I sent the day before saying the rooms were gone.
Complete disorganization, no communication between the staff, they don´t care about potential customers and very slow replying.
The best is they still advertise the rooms and properties as free, when they are fully occupied since weeks ago, I guess to attract potential customers and get their contact data.
