NOT recommended, complacent, inefficient use another estate agent, in particular do not use Garstang branch although some of the other branch staff seem to have the same superior attitude. Do they go on courses in how to offend customers. Recommend a shake up and a makeover, the owners should keep a close eye on how their staff are doing business
Certainly do not deserve commission, don't keep their word, unhelpful, rude. Don't be taken in. Can't stress highly enough not to use them.
