This letting agency is shit. Please do not use their properties. One would rather pay a little more soemwhere else and have better security, services and help over this agency. Firstly, whilst my stay at St Marks Court in Nottingham, the washing machine and dryer would never work. Had to chase them every single time I went to do laundry. The property is very cheaply built and lacks in site reception and no security whatsoever. Second, the reception team and the property managers are very rude and not supportive at all even at the difficult times of COVID-19. Thirdly, following their moveout manual, I did a through cleaning of the house like a normal tent would do and left it much cleaner than it was at the beginning of the tenure and they still charged me GBP 77 for minor clean like the extractor fan over the cook top (which is impossible to open and clean without being worried of breaking it) and also the batroom shower door which by default has marks of dried water droplets even after cleaning it 3 times.
If i really could, I would give them a negative star rating. They are not worth handling any issues especially given the fact that international students stay here away from home. They are only here to rip students off and take advantage of students by charging money for normal wear and tear which in fact is to be paid regardless by the company and not to be charged to the tenets.
Better options over Uni2rent are Fresh Student Living and NOVA. Rather pay these high standard properly built accommodation than these poorly and basically a rubbish property when compared.
HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND NO WAY RECOMMEND THIS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AT ANY COST.

Our daughter is having the same nightmare trying to get back her deposit. The agent has not returned any calls, did not make arrangements to do check out inventory with tenants and have charged to carry out repairs on furniture that was damaged at the start of the tenancy, evidenced in their own photos. Report to Trading Standards via Citizen Advice Bureau like we did - they visited but need more people to report! Sad to see students still being ripped off by this speaking agency.
