We have rented a house through KFH and the service has been terrible - even after we vacated the house. We have agreed with KFH to vacate the house early and receive a rent refund. It has been two months since we have been waiting for our deposit and rent to be refunded. KFH advised us to raise a dispute about the deposit to TDS, yet they have been disregarding our questions around the rent refund. They claim that they are unable to reach the landlord whenever maintenance service or response is required. For tenants, the customer service is horrible. I strongly encourage tenants to AVOID KFH. (One star because I can not select zero)
