This is an excellent Estate Agent. Very professional and very good communication throughout. David Wrigley and Matthew Eason did a fantastic job, they got more for my sale than I expected and were a pleasure to deal with. I was offered financial services through Davis Tate and again its been a very good service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davis Tate to friends and family, they really are a decent, honest and nice to work with Estate Agents.

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
