Really understanding, helpful, insightful, friendly, welcoming. As a customer of Charles Carter Lettings Ltd, it was my first time renting and they really helped me out, especially as someone who is on the spectrum. They have explained things to me, took time to go through things with me, especially when I first moved in in 2019. Any concerns I have had about my property, they have gotten back to me right away.
I have been in the hands of Natasha Lloyd and she has been great! Especially with my recent call for help about needing a fence repair after the storms we recently had. She notifies you when she is coming and gets back to you when you have questions, she is open minded and friendly and gets things sorted as soon as she can, which is pretty fast honestly. When I first met her, I was a bit nervous but with how nice she was totally made me relax and open up to her right away. She is a great part of Charles Carter Lettings Ltd. She is one of the people and reasons why in the future if I were to be looking for other services, I will likely go through Charles Carter Lettings Ltd again. I can't say anymore than how happy I am being under Natasha Lloyd's care and the rest of the team. Thank you!
