There are times when simplicity is perfect, I could wrote all the correct niceties in very cleverly worded

The three H,s apply in this instance to Anna , Ben and her colleagues .
Honesty,Helpful and Happy.
From a call two years prior ,re my parents property to Anna , I was determined to track this lady down as her upbeat nature was infectious and ask her to market my mothers property .
We agreed everything during these difficult times ,whilst wearing face masks in two minutes .
Everything Anna said the agency would do and achieve was accurate and Ben and the team were simply brilliant at every level .
