Terrible doesn't cut it. They had excellent service right up until I signed on the dotted line. Multiple repairs still not resolved over a month in, tried to make me pay for the energy bill fo the time between tennants, lucky to get a reply within 3 days, even then it's always some platitude with no follow through.

Utter scam....
They are looting us.....all the ads posted are unresponsive. It's a trap .
They just want to grab the money first and then get away...I wish I had some kind of 6th sense power to know if this was bound to happen....

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be reliable what they state in the advert, because the advertisement are for the purpose of not wasting anybody time. If the prices are changed intentionally only to get more of the calls, the results are actually other way round, because the clients would be more annoyed.Attached Filesnbsp;

I had the same experience with Rentify. The prices in adverts do not match the prices during viewings. Rentify showed us flats priced higher than what's advertised on rightmove.co.uk ...
