This company ruined my second year of uni form the start. I had a leak in my ceiling which fell right above my desk onto my laptop and all my uni work, I reported this issue as soon as a saw it and it took over month for them to do anything about which meant I had to live with the dripping sound when trying to study or sleep. The next problem with the house was the mould which was in every single room in the house. Again, when contacting unity to fix this they ignored emails and took ages to finally reply and do something about it. Along with all of this, the house had mice running around in the ceiling and the floor, which made it impossible to sleep with them scratching, chewing and being loud all day and night. I would spend as little time in the house as possible wanting to sleep anywhere else. I emailed countless times about this, reported it on the maintenance log and went in to complain in person and the issue was NEVER solved. Staff ignore emails and are extremely unorganised and unprofessional. Unity Lets don't deserve be a company. 0/10.

This company is not registered at companies house they are in fact registered under Waterfield Homes Ltd and trading as Unity Let's. I can only say to you and others to report them to the council and trading standards. Luke warm *** in a champagne flute is the only way to describe them.. ...
