Worst estate agency in the UK. If you are dealing with Linkup estates and if you are a tenant specially, the experience is nothing less than a trauma. No process, professionalism, they will make you chase them for small and big issues in the house. Fake promises at the time of offering the house and then once you have made the deal , you end up chasing them for unfulfilled commitments. The experience is even worse if you are new to the country and not familiar with process and requirements. For security deposit reimbursement they have a motto to get maximum out of your deposit no matter how well you maintained the house. They work purely for landlords and tenants are mere profit centres for them. Stay away from this agency if possible!
