I found Reeds Rains extremely helpful agent. Unlike most estate agents, they were interested and supportive throughout the entire purchase, rather than some we've dealt with have only been interested up until they have sold the property. Adam always came back so quickly to my email enquiries and was able to set up a return viewing even during an extremely busy period for sales. Unfortunately we did not receive similar experience when we were purchasing another property which ended up falling through, which we are actually pleased about because we now have an even better first home. Adam also chased up the sellers solicitors for us when I enquired as it was taking quite a long time and we managed to get it resolved. Kieren was really friendly during both viewings and allowed us to have our own time to walk around the property and answered all our queries. Overall we have been extremely happy with Reeds Rains and would definitely hope to use them again in the future if we feel the need to upsize. Many thanks to Adam for all his help
