I had to find my first flat in the midst of lockdown this summer, and after 2 other agents, I found myself with Elias Dayub who put me immediately at ease.

Elias's naturally gregarious and intuitive personality made the process very easy. He is attentive, understands everything about the British residential system, and knows London like the back of his hand.

We saw 3 flats, and like Goldilocks, the 3rd one was JUST right. It was also the same flat I had saved on my laptop the night before we met, so it was meant to be. Elias really listened to my needs and assured me to trust his selections, which I did. Shortly after signing the contract, I went through some personal hurdles that prevented me from moving in right away. Elias's empathy and compassion made this very difficult time much easier to bear, so when I was finally able to move into the flat, he was just as jubilant and excited for me as he was the day I made my decision weeks before.

Having worked in an industry that deals with customer service on the highest level, I have to say Elias is a major asset to the Draker team. Real estate is a lot like the luxury industry and intuiting what a client wants and needs requires someone who understands the value of relationships. Elias has this in spades and he is a brilliant ambassador of the Draker brand. I would highly recommend him and the Draker agency to anyone who is looking for a new home in London.
