Wish I could give 6 stars, and still it wouldn't accurately reflect the level of service received by Knightbain.
Pam Leith in particular was helpful and supportive every step of the way. You can tell from the beginning that she knows the local market and her valuation was spot-on. She was always approachable and more than happy to answer questions.
The whole process concluded very quickly and was as stress free as possible. A great feat, especially during these peculiar post-lockdown times.
A big "thank you" as well to Emily Lynch, who was always very fast in sending me home reports and arranging viewings when i was searching for a property.
When the time comes to sell again, i'll just give them a call directly and don't think i'll bother with getting quotes from other agents.

Comment on agent fees
Knightbain's fees are more than reasonable for the service they provide, especially taking into consideration that assisted viewings are included.
