From start to finish Gould & Harrison were fantastic, I used them to sell my property as the one we were buying was up with them as well so it made sense to keep with a single agent which turned out to be the best decision in the whole process, the photos they took were great quality and stood out vs other agents on Rightmove, anytime we needed information regarding the sale and purchase it was a single phone call and without fail Lee and the team would either have the answers or found out and called back. If only the conveyancing industry could operate at a similar speed and efficiency it would make house moving seamless. Anytime I needed straight answers with the status of the sale and purchase Lee seemed to be able to unlock the details from the solicitors, although it didn't feel right to have to use the agent to do this anytime I contacted Lee it was never a problem and his pro-active way has meant that we have kept the transaction moving as I am sure that without Lee we could have been waiting a long time! Without hesitation I would use G&H again.
