The whole team at park row worked incredibly hard to sell our house whilst getting us the best possible price. We had numerous viewings within days of going on the market. Regular updates and feedback meant that we were fully in the loop for the whole process. All staff were friendly and professional throughout. We often hear potential clients saying that we are one two thousand more expensive than our competitors, but like in your case when you achieve an extra ten thousand pounds, even after to take our extra two thousand away, you’re still eight thousand better off!

We all love helping clients when they are buying or selling properties.
Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.
