I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Park Row. It was a challenging time for me as I needed to sell my fathers house quickly to pay for his care. Carl and his team were kind and compassionate and understood my needs fully. They weren’t the cheapest Estate agent but were able to justify the extra cost by agreeing a sale £10,000 more than the price advertised. I live 200 miles away and was kept up to date and fully informed at every stage of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and only wish they had offices in Surrey so I could use them again.

We often hear potential clients saying that we are one two thousand more expensive than our competitors, but like in your case when you achieve an extra ten thousand pounds, even after to take our extra two thousand away, you’re still eight thousand better off!

We all love helping clients when they are buying or selling properties.
Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.

Best Estate Agent in Selby 
I never met your dad but I did hear he was a remarkable man and had a gift for general knowledge (apparently he could win the local pub quiz night on his own!)
I’m glad the team here at Park Row were able to remove any concerns you had and get the fantastic final result we achieved.
Clients often ask me to justify the fee we charge and I have no problem whatsoever, I tell them all the fee isn’t important, it’s the results where people should focus!
Time and time again, we break ceiling prices!
I hope your dad is well settled now and thank you both for your business.
