Mel was extremely efficient and thoughtful throughout the purchase process. Mel applied for my mortgage and when a slight hitch occurred with the mortgagees got onto the problem straight away and resolved the issue, keeping me informed at all times. Mel has periodically both spoken by phone and sent me e-mails asking how my purchase was progressing and if there was anything I needed. Could not be more helpful or polite. Highly rated for his customer service.

This agent's fees are far higher than almost any other I've come across. And for nothing extra, or even below the service of a typical estate agent. The exact same flat in the same condition is available for £75/m less, 3 floors up.
