After my mother died we saw three estate agents; Melanie from Belvoir struck is as the most honest and well organised , and we decided to place the agency with Belvoir. They not only marketed the bungalow, they helped us organise necessary repairs and kept us informed of progress. Christmas was coming when the property was advertised and it was over two months before we got an acceptable offer . Then the Covid lockdown occurred. it was another seven months before completion, but they stuck with us and kept us informed of the to's and fro's down the chain. This is the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent and I would recommend them unreservedly.
