I have been in a property market over five years now and have dealt with many different estate agents, however, I must say that Rawlinson Gold is unique, ethical, and impartial estate agents.

My wife and I were looking for our permanent residential property. We must have looked hundreds of properties before we came across a property which was listed by Rawlinson Gold. As the property market was very volatile and there was every chance of losing property, being a victim of gazumping and losing money but we were lucky to be in the safe hands of Rawlinson Gold. From the acceptance of the offer to completion, Philip and Adam made sure that the transaction goes smoothly.

We are fortunate to find the right estate agents who value and respect the feeling of home buyers and not purely driven by the commission-oriented approach.
