Recently rented a property through Chelton Brown, Daventry and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I have been lucky to go through. Since the moment I made contact with the branch the remarkable Caroline was magnificent. I have rented many properties over the years and have at times been made to feel like a second class citizen by rental agents for not buying but my experience with Caroline was the total opposite. She was friendly, polite, listened to the types of properties I was looking for and I felt she went out of her way to find me my perfect home! It might only be rental but it is still a home for me and my family and I felt like Caroline wanted to rent me that dream, she genuinely seemed to care! She communicated with me regularly, answered any questions and always seemed attentive to any concerns I raised. Overall an extremely pleasurable experience with the branch as a whole and we are now very happy in our current home but special praise and thanks is reserved for Caroline. Thank you Caroline
